Executive Chef Ivano Centemeri:
Ivano studied for 3 years at the professional culinary academy, Ipas Vespucci, and then spent 6 years working at Prater restaurant in Monza, Italy. During that time, he had the unique opportunity to work with exceptionally talented and creative, Michelin Star-awarded Italian chefs. In 1988 he opened his first Italian restaurant, Romolo e Remo, in Spain. He also worked as head chef for various restaurants in Italy before being discovered and recruited by Don Carano to move to the U.S. and work at the Eldorado in 1995.
Chef Ivano’s dishes are well known for their vibrant Mediterranean flare. His colorful culinary style reflects his passion for sharing his Italian culture, for bringing joy to others through food, and his commitment to following the four seasons by using only the finest and freshest ingredients!
